The Steelers had two vacancies on the practice squad due to their recent roster shuffling and they filled them this morning by adding OT Joe Long and OG Justin Cheadle.

Long, the younger brother of Dolphins Pro Bowl T Jake Long, went to Wayne St. and was signed as an udrafted free agent in April by the Rams, who released him in their last cut.

Cheadle went to Cal and was also an undrafted free agent signed this year by the Chiefs. After being released he was signed by the Packers and was on their practice squad from Oct. 24 to Nov. 19 when he was released in favor of another guard.
